Data deletion

This page explains how to request the deletion of the personal data that Schneider AI Sàrl holds about you, including data obtained through the platforms you connect to our services (Meta: Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, as well as other integrations).
1. Data concerned
A deletion request may cover:
- Account and contact data - last name, first name, email address, company, provided during our exchanges or your use of our services
- Access tokens and connected platform data - OAuth tokens and data retrieved through the integrations you authorize (for example Meta Ads: campaigns, performance, ad accounts)
- Technical data - usage logs and data required for the service to operate
2. Remove Meta access yourself
At any time, you can revoke the access granted to our application directly from your Facebook account:
- 1.Log in to Facebook, then open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or “Business integrations”).
- 2.Select the Schneider AI application.
- 3.Click Remove to revoke access and delete the connection.
Revocation immediately cuts off our access. Data already stored on our side is then deleted following the procedure below.
3. Request full deletion
To request the permanent deletion of all your data held by Schneider AI, send an email to the address below with the subject “Data deletion”:
Include the account name or email address concerned so we can identify your data. No sensitive information is required in the message.
4. Timeframe and confirmation
We process deletion requests within a maximum of 30 days. Once deletion is complete, we send you a confirmation by email. Some data may be retained where required by law (accounting or legal obligations), only for the period imposed.
